Experience Lindsay brings a unique blend of psychology and business to her role as Consultant Coordinator at JPC. A Cal Poly graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA, she combines her academic background with practical experience to anticipate the needs of executives and contribute to strategic business initiatives. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to the JPC team, where she proactively solves problems for both our company and our clients. Lindsay’s deep understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics has been instrumental in advising clients on fostering positive, productive work environments and enhancing team communication.

Experience Kim brings 10 years of financial experience to the team as a former business owner, bookkeeper, and corporate controller. Her journey in the financial world has been marked by her dedication to helping businesses streamline their financial reporting, optimize their budgets, and access the clear and accurate data needed for running a successful business. As an entrepreneur, she gained firsthand experience in managing all facets of a business, equipping her with a unique perspective on the challenges business owners face and allowing her to offer pragmatic and impactful advice. As a controller consultant, she communicates complicated financial concepts to a diverse audience of clients whose annual revenues range from $30K to $30 million, giving her a macro and micro understanding of financial management.
