Executive leaders are the high performers, the strategic thinkers skilled with the drive and innate talent to have gotten them where they are. They’re drawn to challenging roles and love the excitement of a new goal. Despite a leader’s initiative and ambition, everyone has plateaus to overcome.

Performance coaching is the process of fine-tuning leadership skills that are good, even great, into the exceptional. Performance coaching nurtures the individual, developing strengths, overcoming blindspots, and growing the leader’s distinct leadership style.

For over 20 years in executive coaching, I’ve ensured that executive leaders understand what’s truly going on beneath the surface. I tailor each engagement to the executive’s specific needs in order to implement necessary and impactful changes to performance and behavior. With me as your coach, we will:

  • Develop growth plans for high-potential individuals

  • Support promotions by discussing new skills, behaviors, and values needed in the new role
